2021 HUMANITARIAN TRIP TO COSTA RICA

The C0-Chairs of District 5280 Humanitarian Trip to Costa Rica in 2021 --Alex Parajon and Jewel Price --  will join us (virtually) to share details about the projects Rotary will undertake at that time.

District 5280 (to which Palos Verdes Sunset belongs) is the only district in Rotary that has consistently organized yearly humanitarian trips since 2004. The first trip was to El Salvador and 25 Rotarians participated in the effort; for the past 5-6 years these trips have averaged between 125-130 Rotarians.

International Service fulfills Rotary's mission of advancing international understanding, goodwill and peace throughout the world through the delivery of projects and programs in one of its six focus areas.
